SHIPPING AND RETURNS


SHIPPING
We currently offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We ship all orders Monday - Friday within 24-36 hours of receipt of order from our California warehouse (excluding holidays). Upon order shipment, you will receive an email to the email address provided at the time of ordering with tracking information.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to California.

RETURN POILCY
You may return new, undamaged and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment. All products must be returned in new condition in original packaging and with all accessories to ensure full credit. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping charges will only be covered by us in the event of an order error.

RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to initiate a return, a Return Authorization Request is required by calling us at 805.375.3295 or by clicking the RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST button below. Full return details and return shipping address provided only upon return approval.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges. If you decide you would like a different item, you should return the unwanted item using the return procedure listed above and place a new order for the desired replacement item. Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which we can guarantee your requested replacement item is stock.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES
We are only able to cancel or change your order up to 1 hour after it has been placed, or by the end of the business day (5 p.m. PDT) of your order, whichever is sooner. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by calling us at 805.375.3295. We are unable to cancel or change an order after it has been shipped.
